We’re proud to partner with **CoreCivic** to help prepare justice-impacted individuals for the jobs of tomorrow—across clean energy, advanced manufacturing, and modern transportation.

Meaningful, gainful employment is one of the strongest drivers of successful reentry and reduced recidivism. By building real technical skills and electrical literacy, we’re helping individuals understand the systems that power the world around them—and opening doors to long-term career pathways.

Through this partnership, we’re equipping instructors, building modern, brand-agnostic training labs, and creating access to hands-on education that can impact hundreds, and eventually thousands, of participants each year.

This work is about dignity, opportunity, and preparing people for a future where their skills matter.
